The early believers realized that the Christian life is not one to be lived apart from other believers. They met together daily, learning from one another, loving on one another, and enjoying the favour and blessing of the Lord. Similarly today we realize that we cannot live Lone Ranger style lives and expect to live and grow in the grace of the Lord. While we enjoy the privilege of meeting together as the larger church body Sunday mornings, it is through our weekly gatherings that the working out of our lives in the knowledge and guidance of Scripture with the encouragement of other believers best takes place. Our small group fellowship gatherings are a catalyst for this type of growth. Get connected into one today and begin growing.

PRAYER GROUPS
Our prayer ministry is vital for the health of our church. The church that prays together stays together. Join the prayer groups weekly on Tuesday evening 6:30 p.m. for a time of intimate and effective prayer. The men meet Monday evenings at 7:00 pm. every week. As well there is a prayer chain through which you can receive prayer every day of the week by contacting the office.
Bethel also hosts a monthly Barrie-wide gathering of the churches for worship and prayer. These are held on the fourth Thursday of the month at 7:30 p.m.
